JSB, thanks for keeping on top of posting. Can you please post the map you were on when
disconnected please (and thanks) ? Makes it much easier to find the right spot in the logs.

On a side note, from what I've looked at so far the logs don't really give anything concrete
to what might be happening.

I'm wondering if it has something to do with a common network connection between the server and all the players experiencing issues.
Last night I was playing at the same time, and I thought there was actually less lag than usual.

I wonder if a geographical cluster map of the players getting disconnected would shed any light.

Ya, I'm leaning that way now as well.

I queried Wormbo (and sent him the logs in and around the disconnect times) and he basically states with six 9's
certainty (that's my take on what he responded with) that it's nothing to do with the balancer.

Going to be hard to pin this one down without a lot of "logging" of people, locations, who disconnected, etc etc.

A point to focus on would be that while the affected player will lag out at the time of the disconnect (the affected player will observe all other players & vehicles traveling on a continuous straight path), the VOIP receive will continue to function for an additional amount of time.

Any chance it could be someone's machine is sending some kind of garbled packet that's confusing the server, causing it to dinconnect? I wonder if the disconnects only happen when a certain player is connected. (Seems like a long shot, just grasping at straws...)
