What about that whole Chaos-Extended/Reloaded/Unextended etc. I never really cared about extended, but didn't people dislike the last two major objectives that were added?

The problem with the last few objectives isn't that they're bad, but everybody was dropping down the shaft early and ruining it. This is one of the maps we plan on rotating versions, like Fortress's JMP and ][ or HBR vanilla and hardcore. If there's a consensus that one is terrible and nobody ever likes it then we'll drop it, but I doubt this will be the case.

I've had the same issue with Emitters on one of my ONS maps. The Emitters wouldn't hold the emitter properly in the emitter object and when copied would be empty. It comes from importing custom emitters using the Particle System wizard I think. The server would crash when the map ended.
I fixed it by not importing that emitter and instead entering all the values in the emitter object manually.

So easy way to find the bad emitters would be to copy them all and see which of the copies may be empty. Figured I'd mention that, I'm full of useless and unneeded info.

I'm not so worried about exploits, but if you want to fix the emitters be my guest! There's only a few hundred, and I don't know what you mean by empty.

I agree, Calypso has some potential. Door, not so much (unless by "tweaking" you mean "remove all the defenders' weapons so it's only slightly unbalanced").

For all the hate Door gets, people vote it all the time. It's certainly one of the more questionable maps I'm adding.

Calypso is not going on unless you want to be slayed for getting in the bender.

The 1st and 2nd objectives are almost always doable in the door (it should be called the hallway), the 3rd objective can be fun, you just need a good team.

Another bit like the tank switch in Damnation... it's almost funny, mostly sad when the team spends 10 minutes typing "Don't do this!" and someone does it anyway.

I'm pretty sure it was in the map pack he posted on here, i.e. his own work, but it's a moot point — even if we find out who it is, I guess it's still a PWC map.

Team up with somebody who knows shit about the map and you should reach the switch without much trouble.

Damnation is one of those special maps where you're competing with your own team more than the other team. It's like you need to create a separate faction within your team to rush the tank switch before the rest of the team destroys the other things via dumbass attrition.

Calypso has potential if the bender objective and the one with the spiral stairs are fixed. The skybox would still be the best part of the map though.

The hallway objective in TheDoor is like trying to pick a lock with your dick.

Calypso just needs the bender removed and the defense spawn at the stairs relocated to the other hallway or the main room.

TheDoor is beatable with good teamwork, but I agree the last objective is shit.

Map list updated, I added everything I could and we'll whittle it down from here. If there's anything missing that you'd like just say so.

The 6 maps that are still pending are crashing the server for unknown reasons, I'm looking into it. They're all stable on my computer and the files between the two are all the same

WarMachines, PathwayNaive, AnotherRace[BurtReynolds], and Dria are now all working. Io and CityInvasion remain problems but we're on the right track.

Ankara is out of rotation for now until I fix it, again. Expect all the emitters in the new version

LOL @ insemination. I was already laughing through the whole map.. the ending anim was just icing. The facial expression on the "dad" was hilarious. This map is worth a play if, like me, you have never seen it.
